Customers respond with 97% Approval Rating for the Education Recertified I.T. supplier.

CDI Computer Dealers Inc. announced the results of its Annual Customer Service Survey. Ever since CDI was founded in 1981, its primary focus has been saving its customers money while providing exceptional customer service. The annual survey is one the main feedback sources CDI uses to create and improve warranty and service policies. CDI gathered responses from over 600 of its active education, government, healthcare, corporate, and reseller clients and the company was proud to report that 97% of respondents confirmed overall satisfaction with the service they received.

When asked to go in-depth on their customer service experience, 95% of respondents said they were likely to purchase from CDI again in the future, while 68% of respondents reported that they would definitely recommend CDI to coworkers, friends, and family. The clients’ experiences with customer service representatives have been positive, with the majority of respondents reporting strong satisfaction after working with the Customer Service department to resolve their issues.

As a result of the survey, CDI collected and reviewed hundreds of unique, positive comments from the individuals who participated. “CDI Computers has without a doubt changed the way in which my district moves forward in the purchase and implementation of technology,” commented one customer. He added, “CDI has given us superior support from sales to service from day one and made it possible for us to better keep up with the increasing demands placed upon our technology department while at the same time allowing us to do so with a decreasing budget.”
