Officially released on September 18, 2014, the book features contributions from leading professionals in varying industries around the country, including a chapter written by Conness and Costa titled, “Seven Keys To Choosing the Right Financial Advisor…For Life.” Conness and Costa also previously contributed a chapter to the best-selling book, The Ultimate Success Guide, with Brian Tracy.

Conness, 36, and Costa, 33, lead Global Wealth Management, an East Oakland Park Boulevard firm that conservatively invests primarily for baby boomers who are near retirement or already there. They focus on dividend-producing stocks, fixed income, and real estate trust all with an emphasis on conservative income investing and retirement income planning.

Both Conness and Costa were born and grew up in Fort Lauderdale, and both attended Cardinal Gibbons High School. Conness received a football scholarship to the University of Findlay in Ohio and later earned a business degree from Florida Atlantic University. Costa graduated from Florida State University with a degree in finance. On Saturday's they co-host a popular radio program, "The Global Wealth Show," which focuses on providing listeners with strategy about savings and investing for retirement, and airs at 10 a.m. each Saturday on WIOD 610AM.
