Michael Minard, President of Delta Media Group, announced today the launch of Properties In Motion®, a comprehensive new listing video solution that raises the bar for real estate video marketing.

Minard led a development team that spent months building a listing videos solution created to meet a glaring need in the industry. “Last year 86 percent of online home shoppers used property videos to learn about a specific listing. 70 percent used property videos to tour the inside of a home,” said Minard. “We have spent an extensive amount of time programming to create a completely reliable turn-key solution that builds SEO value and brand recognition for real estate companies while meeting the needs of their online consumers.”

Delta’s heavy investment in the development of Properties In Motion® has paid off in the form of a completely hands-off system for real estate firms and sales associates.

Here is a brief snapshot of how Properties In Motion® works for its customers: Delta receives listing data from the Multiple Listing Service. They then create an HD quality video, which is published to the real estate professional’s YouTube™ channel and optimized for search engines. Delta then embeds that YouTube™ video on the customer’s desktop and mobile websites. These videos display at the top of each listing web page, above the listing images and detail information, so website visitors can’t miss them.

Because of Delta's industry knowledge and technical expertise in handling real estate data, the Properties In Motion® system has been built in a way that allows for seamless property data integration with no third-party involvement. The platform includes a unique algorithm that tells the system if a new video needs to be produced. This algorithm allows for automated listing download, listing updates, error-checking and automated embedding on the customer’s website.

On the front end, Properties In Motion® video quality is unmatched in the industry. The system includes full HD resolution support and displays properly on mobile smartphones and tablets. “Many competitive solutions do not offer multi-device support, thumbnail selection and quality music,” said Minard. “Our listing videos system does.”

In addition to it’s front-end capabilities, Properties In Motion® also brings a strong Search Engine Optimization (SEO) benefit that other competitive video solutions do not deliver, due to the way in which the videos are produced and embedded online.
