Tee Compressed Debuts Seasonal Shaped T Shirts in Anticipation of Upcoming Holiday Season
Solana Beach, CA (PRWEB) October 27, 2014 -- With Halloween less than two weeks away, Tee Compressed is gearing up for a record breaking Halloween season by offering new compressed t shirts in seasonal shapes, such as ghosts and skulls.
"These shapes are fun and light and tie in with the season," says Elise Harding, owner of Tee Compressed. Realizing that many clients are looking for holiday-specific merchandise, the company has begun offering seasonal shape options.
This year, American consumers are anticipated to spend a whopping $7.4 billion on Halloween costumes, accessories, decorations -- and of course, candy -- according to the National Retail Federation. The average celebrant is expected to spend $77.52 this year, an increase from $75.03 from last year's Halloween season, according to the NRF. This is the highest amount in the survey's 11 year history.
This is due in part because Halloween falls on Friday this year, allowing friends and families to extend their gatherings and parties through the weekend, which in turn, gives retailers an extra boost. As a whole, the NRF also expects a 4.1% increase in general holiday spending this year, topping $616.9 billion.
Tee Compressed will also be offering festive compressed t shirt shapes for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Customers can choose from a variety of seasonal shapes, such as pumpkins, Christmas trees, wreaths, or a champagne bottle for New Years.
"This gets people into the spirit; everyone likes a gift box. These are definitely popular. They're great for companies to gift employees or as giveaways in general," Harding says.
Tee Compressed's custom designed t shirts can be made, or compressed, into any shape, which allows customers to create a more personalized and unique look for the rapidly approaching holiday season. "You can get any shirt into these shapes; they're great for promotions," Harding states.
