One member of MillionaireMatch.com suggested a change to the website’s “show how responsive a member is” feature. The site took her feedback into account and made the change that she suggested.

MillionaireMatch.com, a millionaire dating site with the most number of verified wealthy men and wealthy women singles, has Listened to the needs of its users to improve a feature.

When a MillionaireMatch.com user from Cocoa, Florida contacted customer support, it is unlikely that she expected that the millionaire dating site—which boasts 2,256,335 attractive singles—and counting—would change the entire feature based on her suggestion. Her concern was heard and now, all of the users of the site can enjoy the improvement.

The feature in question was the one which showed how responsive a member was. Before the change, the options included: “replies selectively”, “replies very particular”, “replies frequently”, and “replies restrictive”. The member who contacted customer service said that she didn’t like the “restrictive” wording. She felt that “restrictive” implied that the site was in control of her responses, rather than her being in control of the responses, which gave the impression that she was not a paid member.

Thanks to the new perspective that she offered on the feature, the options now include: “Replies selectively”, “replies very selectively”, and “replies often”. From these new options, MillionaireMatch.com feels that it is more evident that users themselves make the decision to be selective, not the site or a membership issue that accounts for their level of selectivity.

Sammy, the leader of MillionaireMatch.com, says, “We value the feedback that our members provide. It is important to us that they are happy, so, when they present us with an idea, suggestion, constructive criticism, or a new perspective, we take what they have to say into account. We hope that our other members will benefit from this improvement.” She adds, “Once our team thought about it from the perspective offered by our members, we realized that not only was the member from Florida correct, but also that ‘restrictive’ could have a harsh tone to it and make discerning users appear unapproachable.”

MillionaireMatch.com has also made other recent updates, including improvement of the “certified millionaire” process and the addition of the “certified VIP” process.

MillionaireMatch.com is operated under the motto “Real millionaires. Real luxury.” In its 14 years, the millionaire club has received a number of accolades, including being voted “Best of the Web” by Forbes.com. It has been featured on CNN, ABC, and CBS, and The Wall Street Journal.
