Private Jet Services (PJS), a worldwide private aviation consulting firm, announces a new addition to its management team. Sue Hazard, former Director of White House Travel and Special Assistant to President Clinton, will assume the role of Managing Director, Government Services at PJS. Hazard will focus on growing the company’s presence in the Washington DC area, specifically in government and political services.
With nearly 20 years of aviation industry and government operations experience, Hazard joins PJS from SH Solutions, a global event planning and air logistics company. Additionally, Hazard’s experience was instrumental in the successful three month-long repatriation of Mexican nationals from Tucson to Mexico as well as evacuation flights for U.S. citizens during a crisis.
Hazard is an entrepreneur and has been recognized as leading a Top 50 Women-Owned Business in the Washington DC Metro Area.
Private Jet Services is an industry leader in aviation safety and security, only engaging aircraft with the strictest safety standards. One of the few private aviation firms in the nation with a GSA schedule, the company is pre-approved to do business with several government organizations.
According to Hazard, “I am pleased to join PJS because of its exemplary reputation in the aviation industry for safety. I look forward to introducing my friends and colleagues in the government and political sector to PJS and sharing my new company’s unique approach to aviation.”
Founder and CEO of PJS, Greg Raiff, said, “Sue’s aviation industry knowledge, combined with her experience working with government agencies and NGOs, fits perfectly with the work we are currently doing at all levels of the government. I look forward to collaborating with her as we continue our rapid expansion into this exciting sector.”
