Sue Hazard, former Director of White House Travel and Special Assistant to President Clinton, will assume the role of Managing Director, Government Services at PJS. Hazard will focus on growing the company’s presence in the Washington DC area, specifically in government and political services.
With nearly 20 years of aviation industry and government operations experience, Hazard joins PJS from SH Solutions, a global event planning and air logistics company. In addition to her work with President Clinton’s administration, Hazard has served as the Director of White House Travel for two Presidential Campaigns and as a Vice President at Air Partner, Inc.
While serving as Director and Special Assistant to President Clinton, Hazard managed the aircrafts, logistics and financial coordination of the White House travelling press corp. She worked closely with the President’s scheduler, AF-1 military, White House Communications, United States Secret Service, foreign dignitaries and US Embassy officials.
Additionally, Hazard’s experience was instrumental in the successful three month-long repatriation of Mexican nationals from Tucson to Mexico as well as evacuation flights for U.S. citizens during a crisis.
Hazard is an entrepreneur and has been recognized as leading a Top 50 Women-Owned Business in the Washington DC Metro Area.
