PREMEDEX is pleased to announce that Robin Pajot has joined the PREMEDEX leadership team, with a focus on client relations and service.
In this new role, Robin oversees all of the healthcare coordinators, ensuring the continued level of quality service both to patients and partner organizations. She is also responsible for process improvement related to unique requirements for partner hospitals, as well as the overall operating efficiency of PREMEDEX.
Robin joins PREMEDEX with an impressive career in the healthcare industry. She most recently managed the call center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, which is the largest pediatric triage center in the U.S. She also led the physician referral call center for the PROMINA Health System based in Atlanta. Her experience includes program management for chronic pain and obesity treatment.
