Joseph Federico Director of NJ MET Inc Honors Chanchal Patel for 25 Years of Service. Mrs Patel tests electronic components using PIND (Particle Impact Noise Detection) Testing, Hermeticity Testing, Centrifuge as well as component Tinning, and Solderability testing.

Joseph Federico, VP and Director of NJ MET Inc., Clifton, NJ, announced the celebration of Chanchal Patel’s 25th anniversary of employment with the company.

Mrs. Patel came on board in May, 1989 as a Process Operator and moved into NJ MET Inc.’s High Reliability department, assisting with PIND (Particle Impact Noise Detection) Testing, Hermeticity Testing, Centrifuge as well as component Tinning, and Solderability testing. Today she manages these reliability duties as well as managing operation functions by working directly with NJ MET VP and Director of Operations,Joseph Federico.

“It has been a great pleasure working with Chanchal throughout the years. She has been a dedicated colleague and is a dear friend,” said Joseph Federico from NJ MET’s, NJ headquarters.

“It has been a sincere pleasure working with Chanchal. She is a hard worker as well as a fine wife and mother,” said Harry Patel, Chanchal’s husband and fellow NJ MET employee.

Mrs. Patel was presented with a commendation plaque congratulating her on 25 years of loyalty and friendship at a luncheon in her honor where she was celebrated by her fellow employees.
