The Hilton Garden Inn Irvine East Lake Forest hotel visited South County Outreach during Hilton Worldwide’s Global Week of Service, which took place October 19 – 25, 2014. The hotel’s dedicated housekeeping team collected numerous large buckets filled with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles to donate to the Center. South County Outreach, founded in 1989, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing homeless prevention services to low-income individuals and families in crisis throughout South Orange County.
Now in its third year, Global Week of Service is Hilton Worldwide’s largest annual volunteer service event, focused on strengthening the communities in which Hilton Worldwide serves. Approximately 300,000 Team Members worldwide united throughout the week to perform hundreds of projects that positively impacted the local communities where they live, work, and travel across 93 countries.
