As a Founding Principal of the firm, Pat Malick has been an integral part of the firm’s evolution. She has been at the forefront of advancing the role of interior design beyond the confines of applied color, pattern and texture to a holistic approach focused on patient safety, empowerment, culture change and improved outcomes which maximize the potential for an ideal ‘patient-as-guest’ experience. Pat presents frequently on healthcare projects of all types, most recently at Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Environments for Aging.
Adrian Hagerty, Principal and Regional Vice President of Array's National Capital Region office, has built his career by leading significant healthcare design projects in the Washington, DC and Maryland region for more than a quarter century. His passion for delivering healthcare design excellence has been proven by successfully leading the design of numerous projects for many of the most noteworthy healthcare providers in this region including Kaiser Permanente, Mercy Medical Center, University of Maryland Medical System, Adventist HealthCare, Johns Hopkins Medicine, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Adrian is a strong advocate of integrated project delivery, and prides himself in building and maintaining positive relationships with the entire project delivery team, so every member feels a sense of ownership in the successful outcome of a project – ultimately exceeding the expectations of his clients and healthcare provider stakeholders.
