Entreda to Present at the Technology Tools for Today (T3) Enterprise Conference

In a session titled “What to expect in a cybersecurity examination,” Mr. Yenamandra will explain how registered broker-dealers and financial advisers can prepare themselves for the latest SEC/FINRA compliance audit examinations which will focus on technology and cybersecurity.
The SEC and FINRA have identified cybersecurity as a new priority for compliance examinations beginning in 2014. In an effort to assess gaps in cybersecurity, and identify future audit and examination priorities, the SEC’s Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations (OCIE) will be conducting survey examinations of more than 50 registered broker-dealers and registered investment advisers. During his presentation, Mr. Yenamandra will discuss specific items that the OCIE has indicated it will address in the cybersecurity examinations, and five simple steps proactive financial services firms can take to be prepared.
