IDSync®, in collaboration with Parallels® marketing and engineering, announced the certification and release of the next generation of their Microsoft Active Directory Connector to support deployments of the Parallels Automation APS 2 software solution for hosting service providers. IDSync® Releases New Certified Aps 2 Package For Immediate Availability

In addition to support of Hosted Exchange, SharePoint and Lync, the new IDSync® package has been improved to include support for all APS 2-based software products that conform to APS 2 standard. This means that user identity and computer information can be synchronized between Active Directory and any software product on the APS 2 service bus to further streamline service provider operations and enhance the software features of those products.

IDSync® is an identity management platform tightly integrated to Microsoft Active Directory that provides application level user security, password synchronization, and access management within the standard AD Users and Computers management console for both on-premise and cloud based systems including Parallels Automation.

Simplify Identity Management

IDSync® extends the standard Active Directory property pages to provide centralized management for a user’s credentials, meta-data, and application configuration information in a single location that drives the provisioning and synchronization process. This is accomplished by inserting application management links to Parallels Automation platform via the IDSync® Active Directory Connector directly within the user’s Active Directory, making it easy to manage user provisioning from a single security database.

Inject Service Provider Brand Directly Within Active Directory

With Identity Syncronizer™, the service provider can extend their brand presence inside the customer’s AD control panel by having a fully branded tab, complete with logo, for each of their product offerings which leverage the customer’s Active Directory environment.
