Improved Workforce Management
New workforce management features include bar code and QR code scanner, PTO request and approval as well as task tracking and time allocation. Using these new features, companies with distributed workforces can:

Increased Compliance and Lawsuit Protection
To give employers added compliance and lawsuit protection, EPAY has built a unique safeguard into the Mobile Punch clock-out procedure. This feature helps employers prevent fraudulent Workers’ Comp claims.
Moreover, the new digital signature feature adds an additional level of verification for task completion or clock-out at the end of a shift, helping to prevent time theft and improve audit trails. The digital signature feature also addresses state Electronic Visit Verification requirements for home health aides.
