This module will fully enhancing employers’ existing time and attendance software. Called the HPPD module, this enhancement will assist in keeping tabs on the daily census in Nursing Homes in a way which is convenient and user-friendly. “This module will help to automate the complex calculation process of NHPPD (Nursing Hours per Patient Day)," stated Tony Galstyan, CEO of AMG Employee Management.

Some of the details contained within this new addition are that the HPPD Module has a new HPPD scheduling feature that shows the average census, PPD, works seamlessly with the traditional three shifts in a care setting, generates employees’ shift reports, and measures the PPD per shift.

To delve deeper, three new reporting techniques will be available to those in charge of management:

  •     "PPD Actual Recorded Hours" report - shows actual recorded hours and actual PPD ratio for each day and detailed for each shift.
  •     "PPD Analysis" report - shows projected and actual employee count and worked hours for direct patient care both in total and separately for each shift and job.
  •     "PPD Projected Schedule" report - shows daily projected census, staff count (by shifts and jobs), and PPD ratio.
