During the East Coast Cannabis Business Expo, Cannabis Career Institute partnered with the International Cannabis Association in an aggressive move to change the public perception of the industry and to ensure patient safety and demand medical marijuana industry compliance and self-regulation. This was the first ever Beta Pilot Test for a nationwide regulated program held in New York. This is potentially the first nationwide regulated and potentially state mandated cannabis certification program. This certification program was tested on the Legislators attending the New York ICA “East Coast” Cannabis Regulatory Summit, including New York Senator Diane Savino, for approval and recommendation for potential Government Regulatory requirement. This was the very first established and modulated Cannabis Certification BETA pilot test program made specifically for the training and educating the cannabis professional and is designed to provide nationwide standardized expectations for the professional operations of the cannabis business.
