Pattern 1; 5th fret of the 6th string with first finger to the 8th fret with 4th finger, 5th fret of the 5th string with first finger to the 7th fret with 3rd finger and then repeat this sequence on the 4th and 3rd strings, 5th fret of the 2nd string with first finger to the 8th fret with 4th finger and then repeat for the first string. Pattern 2; 8th fret of the 6th string with 2nd finger to the 10th fret with 4th finger, 7th fret of the 5th string with first finger to the 10th fret with 4th finger and repeat this sequence for the 4th string, 7th fret of the 3rd string with first finger to the 9th fret with 3rd finger, 8th fret of the 2nd string with 2nd finger to the 10th fret with 4th finger and repeat this sequence for the first string. Pattern 3; 10th fret with 2nd finger to the 12th fret with 3rd finger for the 6th, 5th and 4th strings, 9th fret of the 3rd string with first finger to the 12th fret with 3rd finger, 10th fret of the 2nd string with 2nd finger to the 13th fret with 4th finger and 10th fret of the first string with first finger to the 12th fret with 3rd finger. Pattern 4; 12th fret with first finger to the 15th fret with 4th finger on the 6th and 5th strings, 12th fret with first finger to the 14th fret with 3rd finger for the 4th and 3rd strings, 13th fret of the 2nd string with 2nd finger to the 15th fret with 4th finger and 12th fret of the first string with first finger to the 15th fret with 4th finger. And finally Pattern 5; played one octave lower, 3rd fret with first finger to the 5th fret with 3rd finger for the 6th and 5th strings, 2nd fret with first finger to the 5th fret with 4th finger for the 4th and 3rd strings, 3rd fret with first finger to the 5th fret with 3rd finger for the 2nd and first strings.
