MedComp’s CT-Injectable Midlines are the only CT-Injectable Midlines available on the market that have been designed to facilitate standard Modified Seldinger Technique (MST), thereby greatly reducing frustrations and potential complications that may arise from having to adapt to new insertion techniques. Additionally, MedComp’s midline catheters are packaged at a length of 20cm, and are the only CT-Injectable midlines that can be trimmed to the appropriate length according to a specific patient’s anatomical profile, thus improving the precision of tip placement, consistent with industry guidelines. Currently offered in a 4F Single or a 5F Dual lumen size (3F single lumen is expected to launch in Q1 2015), MedComp’s CT-Midlines are packaged in a variety of tray configurations, including Basic, Full Nursing, and Maximum Barrier insertion trays to facilitate the needs of all clinicians. Consistent with its ratings throughout the CT-Injectable infusion catheter family, MedComp’s CT-Midlines maintain some of the highest CT-injection ratings in the industry, with the 4F single lumen midline rated at 5cc/second @ 300psi and the 5F dual lumen rated at 7cc/second @ 300psi.
