Victory Healthcare Releases Q3 Satisfaction, Infection Rates
The Woodlands, TX (PRWEB) October 30, 2014 -- Victory Healthcare, a privately owned surgical hospital system, released today its 2014 third quarter infection rates and patient satisfaction scores. The seven hospitals across Texas boasted infection rates of only two percent or less, and the medical centers also reported patient satisfaction scores exceeding 98 percent.

Infection rates are calculated by dividing the number of infections by total number of surgeries each month.
Patient satisfaction rates are determined by surveys issued to all inpatients and outpatients during routine follow-up. Satisfaction relates to information received prior to surgery, care received during and after surgery, as well as any additional follow-up care.
