Indiana Fiber Network, LLC Announces Director of Network Operations

Indiana Fiber Network, LLC (IFN), the leading Indiana statewide Network Service Provider is pleased to announce the promotion of Darryl Smith to Director of Network Operations.

Indiana Fiber Network, LLC (IFN), the leading Indiana statewide Network Service Provider is pleased to announce the promotion of Darryl Smith to Director of Network Operations. Smith joined IFN in 2011 as Manager of Transport and Switching. The Director of Network Operations is a newly created position to advance IFN's expanding Customer Service Assurance operations.

Commenting on his new role, Smith said, “I am delighted to be joining IFN’s executive team and thrilled with the opportunity to contribute to building and expanding IFN’s Customer Service Assurance in our network operations.” Tom Bechtel, IFN Vice President of Operations, said, “Darryl’s focus will be enhancing IFN’s network performance, trouble response, and service order fulfillment through proactive project management and service implementation.”

Kelly Dyer, IFN President and CEO, said, “Darryl’s depth of the telecommunication industry and operation management will provide further flexibility and capability to our executive team. His knowledge and experience will further our growth and performance in IFN’s Customer Service Assurance area."
