Becker's Hospital Review Names 100 Hospitals, Health Systems With Great Heart Programs
Chicago, Illinois (PRWEB) October 31, 2014 -- Becker's Hospital Review has published the 2014-15 edition of its list "100 Hospitals and Health Systems With Great Heart Programs."
The hospitals featured on the list lead the nation in cardiovascular and thoracic healthcare. Many have pioneered groundbreaking programs, treatments or research, and all have received recognition from reputable sources for top-of-the-line patient care.
This is the fifth time Becker's Hospital Review has compiled this list and the third time it has included 100 hospitals.
For this year's list, the Becker's Hospital Review editorial team selected hospitals for inclusion based on several rankings and awards, including recognition from U.S. News & World Report, Truven Health Analytics, CareChex, Blue Distinction Center status for cardiac care, the Society of Thoracic Surgeons and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
