IHC and DATAMARK Announce New Joint Venture: Oveana Global Business Services
El Paso, Texas (PRWEB) November 03, 2014 -- Integrated Human Capital (IHC), a human capital solutions firm, and DATAMARK, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced business services, today officially announced the launch of a joint venture between the two companies: Oveana Global Business Services.
Oveana will provide a wide range of business services to corporations, government agencies and other large organizations. Oveana’s services and solutions include outsourced multichannel contact center services, high-volume document scanning and imaging, mailroom management, data entry, business process improvement consulting and other business process outsourcing (BPO) services.
Oveana is certified by the State of Texas as a historically underutilized business (HUB) and by the Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council as a minority business enterprise (MBE).
A privately held limited liability company (LLC) registered in the State of Texas, Oveana is majority owned by El Paso native Rosa Santana, owner and CEO of Integrated Human Capital. Santana will serve as Oveana’s CEO.

DATAMARK, founded by principal owners Bill and Becky Holmes, has provided outsourced business services in the El Paso-Juarez region for 25 years. DATAMARK President Bill Randag will serve as Oveana’s vice president.
