Oveana Global Business Services Announces Opening of New Call Center in El Paso, Texas
El Paso, Texas (PRWEB) November 10, 2014 -- Oveana Global Business Services officials and employees today celebrated the grand opening of a new El Paso call center for one of its first clients, Excentus Corporation. Dallas-based Excentus is the owner and operator of the Fuel Rewards program, a free loyalty program that allows its members to earn rewards on everyday purchases redeemable for fuel savings at participating Shell stations across the U.S.
The new call center is formally known as the Fuel Rewards Member Services Support Center.
Oveana, which holds minority business enterprise (MBE) and historically underutilized business (HUB) certifications, is a new joint venture between Integrated Human Capital, a human capital solutions firm, and DATAMARK, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced business services.
Oveana is majority owned by El Paso native Rosa Santana, owner and CEO of Integrated Human Capital. Santana serves as Oveana’s CEO. DATAMARK, founded by Bill and Becky Holmes, has provided outsourced business services in the El Paso-Juarez region for 25 years. DATAMARK President Bill Randag serves as Oveana’s vice president.
“What a wonderful way to kick off Oveana’s first year of operation—by celebrating an exciting partnership with our new client, Excentus,” said Oveana CEO Rosa Santana. “We are delighted to be the call center services provider of choice for Excentus and we are committed to providing Fuel Rewards program customers outstanding support and service.”
The company celebrated the grand opening of the Fuel Rewards program call center today with a ribbon cutting and other festivities. The center is located in the Butterfield Trail Industrial Park, adjacent to the El Paso International Airport.
“The Oveana joint venture between IHC and DATAMARK arose from a shared vision of creating new economic opportunities for the Paso del Norte region and beyond,” said Oveana Vice President Bill Randag. “Today we celebrate the opening of the call center for Excentus. It’s the first of what we expect will be many more success stories for this joint venture.”
Operating as a “multichannel contact center,” Oveana customer service agents will respond to inbound phone calls, emails, text messages and social media posts from Excentus’ Fuel Rewards members.
“As a rapidly growing fuel loyalty program, it is essential for us to partner with an organization whose primary focus is to drive a quality member experience,” said Scott Schaper, EVP Program Operations for Excentus. “We believe the core values, as well as the combination of the high standards and outstanding human capital, make the partnership with Oveana a powerful enabler of the success of the Fuel Rewards program.”
