Earth Yoga NYC Fitness Studio Offers HABIT Program to Clients
New York, NY (PRWEB) October 31, 2014 -- Earth Yoga NYC will be the first fitness studio to offer HABIT to its clients, starting November 1st.
IHW HABIT™ is a health tool that walks participants through goal setting and planning, while educating them about relevant health concerns.
Yanti and Richard Amos, Earth Yoga NYC owners and fitness pioneers, hope that this program will help their clients reach their goals, while giving them the knowledge they need in order to prevent the onset of chronic diseases. They aim for their studio to become “a haven where [clients] come to feed [their] senses, relax [their] mind and body, and nourish [their] soul.” With IHW HABIT™, they hope to “extend that sense of inner peace beyond the studio.”
What does this mean for Earth Yoga NYC’s clients?
Clients will continue to take their classes as usual. They will be given access to IHW HABIT™, where they will take a Health Risk Assessment and a Behavior Assessment. From there, they can track their statistics on the dashboard while they complete the various sessions at a pace that is comfortable for them.
IHW CEO Brian Butler stated that he is “excited to begin offering IHW HABIT™ to fitness studios,” and hopes that this move will inspire more fitness studios to offer IHW HABIT™ to their clients.
He says this is a “step in the right direction to help people to become more aware of their health risks with a customized plan to help them change their behaviors.”
