Philip Ratliff Joins Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, LLP as Partner in Charge of Dispute Resolution Services

Ratliff joins HA&W with more than 25 years of experience in litigation consulting, fraud, internal and FCPA investigations, forensic accounting, auditing, corporate and individual income tax, reorganization and restructuring services, solvency analyses and business valuation. He has provided expert testimony on damages, insolvency and other matters in Federal and State courts and in arbitration proceedings, as well as conducted internal investigations for companies of all sizes, including investigations of major frauds committed in the United States and abroad.
In addition, Philip has extensive experience working with companies across a variety of industries, including banking, insurance, construction, telecommunications, oil & gas, food & beverage, manufacturing, real estate, financial services, nuclear waste, wholesale distribution and professional services.
