Chef Daniel Goldich Named Executive Chef at The Lancaster County Convention Center and Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square
Lancaster, Pa. (PRWEB) October 31, 2014 -- The Lancaster County Convention Center and Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square hotel is pleased to announce that award-winning chef Daniel M. Goldich has joined its team as executive chef. Most recently Goldich served as executive chef for the JW Marriott Hotel Miami and several other hotels in the Tampa area.
Goldich’s responsibilities will include leadership of all culinary functions of the Lancaster County Convention Center, Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square, William Montgomery House, and Penn Square Grille & Rendezvous Lounge. These functions include banquets, catering, and restaurant and lounge service.

About Chef Daniel Goldich
A member of the American Culinary Federation and a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, New Jersey, Goldich holds a degree in Culinary Arts and has been recognized with numerous industry awards including Top Chef Tampa Bay, the Marriott Spirit to Serve Award, and the Marriott Leadership Excellence Award.
Goldich maintains an array of certifications including those in wedding planning, food service management, event operations, behavioral-based interviewing, and training the trainer.
