Michael Minson, a top selling agent with Climb Real Estate Group, has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. Real estate agents who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. Only 37,000 real estate agents nationwide have earned the credential.

Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS designees subscribe to the strict REALTOR® code of ethics, have been trained to use the latest tactics and technologies, and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

Michael Minson is a Sales Associate with Climb Real Estate Group. He is President of the Bernal Business Alliance, an Officer with the Golden Gate Networking chapter of BNI, and a sponsor and volunteer for the Bernal Heights Neighborhood Association and Bernal Heights Outdoor Cinema. He is an avid blogger and frequent contributor to SFNewDevelopments.com, SFhotlist.com, and his own site, MichaelMinson.com.

“I earned my CRS designation because I want to deliver the best possible service to my clients. The designation is less important to me than the process of achieving it; I will continue learning and sharing what I learn for the benefit of my clients, my colleagues and Climb,” Michael said.
