Additionally, the company also announced the opening of its new office location at Advance Realty’s 360 Grove Street location in Bridgewater, NJ, expanding ProTecs’ decade-long foothold in the pharmaceutical-rich tri-state area including New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Prior to joining ProTecs, Sam was Senior Vice President, River Drive Construction where he was responsible for all construction activities including pre-construction, estimating and scheduling. Sam has been a long time member of CoreNet, BOMA, IFMA, and NAIOP. He graduated from Fordham University with a B.S. in finance.
