In the North America market, No Limits Software and Enlogic will align their sales and marketing activities as “Joint Development Partners”. In Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, Enlogic will be the “Exclusive master distributor” of No Limits Software Products. Enlogic and No Limits Software each provide best-in-class solutions in hardware and software to address data center energy management and asset management issues. This strategic partnership allows the two companies to combine their expertise and bring together their solutions to generate unique and strongly integrated management capabilities between Enlogic and No Limits Software products. This partnership extends the Enlogic solution portfolio by including comprehensive software products, and increases the available market and sales revenue of No Limits Software in global markets outside of the US. The synergy created will largely enhance both parties’ competitiveness in terms of product offering and market presence.
