The contract extension is worth approximately $4.5 million over 5 years, and expands ServicePower’s engagement with the customer from its initial deployment in the US into an additional 20 countries.
The client, a direct mail, transactional mail, call center communications and digital messaging technology solution provider, extended its contract with ServicePower for the deployment of ServiceScheduling as its global solution for localized routing optimization. The solution will be deployed from the cloud and hosted on Amazon Web Services.
ServiceScheduling is integrated into the ServiceMax software suite which enhances its optimization capabilities providing the client with a single, unified, field management solution based on Force.com technology.
