Created by Licensed psychologist, Dr. Joel Ingersoll, Take on College maximizes student’s performance while in school and the Open Enrollment period provides college students with the peace of mind knowing that they will be able to take control of their academic career while maintaining a balanced lifestyle throughout the year.

Take On College is a personalized, interactive coaching service geared exclusively for college students. Working with an “on-campus” peak performance coach, the Take On College student receives weekly one-on-one coaching designed to help students discover, develop, and master their peak performance while in college. Weekly phone, Skype, or Face-Time sessions make it convenient to provide coaching at any college/university location worldwide. Included in this coaching service are monthly webinars for students and separate webinars for parents of college students helping to guide them through the ups and downs of a semester.

Dr. Joel’s career includes 15+ years of experience working in college campus settings, primarily in counseling centers providing individual and group counseling, consultation, and coaching services to undergraduate and graduate students presenting with a wide range of concerns. Additionally, he worked in adjunct and affiliate faculty positions teaching a range of undergraduate and graduate course and he has led more than 200 training seminars with student groups, college faculty and staff.

A Licensed Psychologist, Certified Master Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist Dr. Joel owns two companies, built to give clients the tools needed find, develop and enhance one’s personal path toward emotional, physical and mental health.
