Advantage Engineers, a leading provider of specialized engineering services is proud to announce that Rachel McCaffery has joined the firm as the Division Director of Environmental Services. Ms. McCaffery will focus on developing, building and optimizing the environmental team to ensure operational excellence across the division.

Prior to stepping into her role with Advantage, Ms. McCaffery served as a Project Manager and Operations Leader for Weston Solutions located in West Chester, Pennsylvania. She successfully completed over $9M in engineering, construction, and environmental consulting projects for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. She provided leadership to design engineers in the Civil and Geotechnical Engineering Design Group and mentorship to project managers throughout the organization. Additionally, while at Weston Solutions Ms. McCaffery served as Project Engineer where she developed design and remediation strategies for environmental engineering projects. She holds an MBA from Rosemont College, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University. She is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and a LEED Accredited Professional from the U.S. Green Building Council.
