New podcast, hosted by Trish McFarlane, mixes the latest Brandon Hall Group research with guest perspectives

Brandon Hall Group (http://www.brandonhall.com) today announced its new podcast on Human Capital Management, HCMx Radio.

This twice-a-month show, which debuts Nov. 10, 2014, creates a new platform to bring solution providers and HCM professionals together with Brandon Hall Group analysts to discuss some of the most pressing trends in Talent Management, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR/Workforce Management, and Leadership Development.

HCMx Radio – hosted by Trish McFarlane, Brandon Hall Group’s VP and Principal Analyst for its Human Resources Practice -- will be available through BlogtalkRadio.com, BrandonHall.com and iTunes and will post shows at least twice a month.

The first show – posting Nov. 10 – features Madeline Laurano, Brandon Hall Group’s VP and Principal Analyst for Talent Acquisition, sharing just-completed research on employee engagement.

Other topics in the coming weeks include Recruitment Marketing, Performance Management, and Planning for HR Technology in 2015.

“The launch of HCMx Radio provides another platform – in addition to our membership platform, our blogs, conference, and workshops – to share Brandon Hall Group’s research and perspective with the HCM industry – both practitioners and solution providers,” CEO Mike Cooke said. “Our analysts and guests from throughout the industry will provide valuable insights that listeners can put to great use.”

McFarlane brings a unique perspective on HCM from almost two decades as an HR executive, blogger, influencer, radio host (HR Happy Hour), and now as an analyst for Brandon Hall Group.

“My excitement level about bringing a new type of HCM podcast to the industry could not be higher,” McFarlane said. “Being able to have meaningful conversations about Human Capital Management and consistently having the research data to back it up in an online radio format will be a first in the industry. I’m thrilled to be a part of it. This is just one more way Brandon Hall Group is trying to open up communication for HCM leaders, practitioners, vendors and analysts. It is an exciting time.”

HCM practitioners such as CHROs, CLOs, CTOs, VPs, directors and managers will find value in the show’s ability to provide current research data laced with rich perspective that they can use in discussions with their internal organizational leaders. They will also benefit from hearing solution providers describe their product roadmaps and how their solutions can benefit organizations.

Solution providers will gain value by being able to interact with analysts as well as by showcasing solutions that are advancing the HCM market. Finally, industry influencers will find value in being able to get information quickly that they can turn into compelling content.
