TDS Telecom honored with Calix Innovation Award
MADISON, Wis. (PRWEB) November 05, 2014 -- TDS Telecom (TDS®) recently received a Calix Innovation Award for their innovation in Gigabit services. Calix Innovation Awards are presented to best in-class service providers who are also Calix customers.

Paker is referring to the fact that TDS Telecom has introduced 1Gig Internet speeds in parts of New Hampshire and Wisconsin this year. The company has plans to roll-out 1Gig speeds in more communities before this year and beyond.
The award recipients, selected among Calix’s 1,200 customers, are chosen for their exemplary ability to leverage the Calix Unified Access portfolio and Compass suite of software applications to deliver new services, inspire their local communities, and bring about overall business transformation.
In all, Calix honored seven communications service providers with an Innovation Award at the eleventh annual Calix User Group Conference in late October. This marks the fourth year Calix is honoring a select group of customers with Innovation awards. To honor this year’s Innovation Awards winners, Calix created a series of short-videos. The TDS Telecom video highlights the company’s initial delivery of 1Gig in New Hampshire.
