CGI Federal recognized as Best Veteran Hiring Program

What: CGI Federal will be presented with an Excellence in Partnership (EIP) award for Best Veteran Hiring program. The EIP recognizes a government agency or contractor for promoting and executing a robust and successful veteran hiring, teaming or subcontracting program to the benefit of men and women in uniform.
Where: The awards gala will be held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, D.C.

How: CGI Federal participates in various hiring and community initiatives for the men and women who have served our country. As a Veteran-led company, CGI Federal has committed to hiring more than 100 Veterans in 2014 and completed the necessary steps for certification as part of the Department of Veterans Services’ (DVS) Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program. Through partnership with DVS and the 100,000 Jobs Mission, CGI Federal has hired more than 1,000 Veterans in the last three years. Veterans typically make up about one-fourth of CGI Federal’s new hire population each year.
