The Region’s Leading Commercial Interiors Company, Featuring Knoll and DIRTT Brands, Is Growing
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) November 07, 2014 -- Workscape Inc, a leading commercial interiors firm, announced that two seasoned and successful entrepreneurs are now part of the company’s ownership and Board of Directors. David Osterhaus, an angel investor, management consultant and currently the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Sagewell Partners, and Denise DeSimone, a highly successful, award-winning, serial entrepreneur and Chairman of c-leveled, LLC, have taken a stake in Workscape Inc. Dawn Sauter and David Sauter remain in their current respective positions as CEO and President.
“For 18 years, Workscape, Inc. has helped corporations, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and public offices maximize their two greatest assets and cost centers; their people and their facilities,” says Dawn Sauter, Workscape’s Co-Founder. “We’ve come a long way since our early days. But there is so much more we’d like to achieve. With the additional resources and business-savvy firepower, Workscape now has the capacity to serve many more clients. We want to grow, but more importantly, we want every customer to feel that their workscape matches their vision.
For over 75 years business experts have agreed with the philosophy of architect and furniture designer Florence Knoll, “Good design is good business.” Today, more than ever, it can positively impact the bottom line.
People work in a variety of ways, and they need the flexibility to work in different types of spaces as their tasks change, technology evolves and businesses react to market conditions. They may need private or 'cave' space for concentrated or confidential work, semi-private space for heads-down work on computers and activity spaces for teaming and collaboration.
In addition to corporate facilities, healthcare and education organizations have also changed dramatically and are still experiencing rapid upheaval. “We have deep knowledge and expertise to offer to healthcare and education clients,” says Dave Sauter. “But the additional value we bring is our passion and enthusiasm for helping clients solve the challenges they have today, while anticipating how agile they will need to remain for the future.”
