Lucas Group Taps Robinson To Lead Information Technology Division

Part of the firm’s growth strategy includes the hiring of recruitment industry expert Steven Robinson to lead in the efforts. With 14 national offices, Lucas Group has tasked Robinson with hiring, developing and managing teams of collaborative and high-performance IT recruiters.

Robinson brings more than a decade of sales, marketing, training and management experience to his new role. Having successfully performed a variety of recruitment and supervising functions, he most recently served as Regional Vice President for Robert Half TSS Operations in Houston. Recognized as a dynamic team player and effective leader, Robinson builds and develops sales cultures that consistently nurture financial and operational results.
From growing revenue and maintaining profitability to developing high-performing teams of individual and collaborative producers, Robinson has demonstrated an outstanding ability to guide both strategic and tactical operations. Serving as a technical recruiter and account executive early in his career, he learned firsthand how data-driven sales planning, research, strategic thinking and problem solving create a powerful approach to effective recruitment methodology.
