The way Tripmule works is simple. The consumer specifies where they want to go and have the choice to offer more details about what they desire, whether it is staying by a sandy beach or a boutique hotel nearby the best gastronomic delights. With the comment box provided, consumers can add on any extras they’d like as if speaking to a real person – and be as specific as they want. They are then matched to a group of travel agents who specialise in their travel requests. The travel agents respond within the Tripmule dashboard, which then allows the consumer to browse the commitment-free offers and make a choice for their dream holiday.
Tripmule does all the donkey work for the traveller by helping them discover the best deals for their perfectly tailored holiday. After all, a holiday is a personal matter and should be dealt with by real people, not robots!
