Dynavistics was a Proud Sponsor and Exhibitor at Dynamic Communities Inc.’s GPUG and AXUG Summits
Tampa, Florida (PRWEB) November 10, 2014 -- The annual Microsoft Dynamics User Group Summits are the ultimate learning and networking events for the Microsoft Dynamics community, including end-users, partners, and vendors. Over 150 educational breakout sessions and group discussions take place where industry professionals share solutions to challenges and practical ideas to maximize the value of one’s Microsoft Dynamics investment. Attendees have the opportunity learn, network, and analyze the latest software solutions featured by sponsors and exhibitors during the expo hours, ultimately allowing for them to return home with actionable solutions and ideas.
During the featured partner showcase, Todd McDaniel, Principal Consultant for Dynavistics and co-host of Dynamics Podcast, along with Katie Zeitlin, Vice President of Partner Sales for m-hance, presented “50 tips in 49 minutes” to improve cash flow. The showcase covered financial, purchasing, inventory, collections, bank reconciliation, and sales processing with ideas for reducing cash outflow and increasing cash inflow. It also demonstrated how to implement these tips using their latest software solutions.
Dynavistics’ featured software included Collect-IT, collections management software, along with its Trinity distribution modules. Collect-IT is a single, unified desktop tool for managing collections that integrates Microsoft’s products as well as other ERP solutions. Collect-IT provides prioritized collection tasks that are driven by a very flexible and easy-to-set-up workflow engine, along with custom collection strategies. Trinity distribution modules amplify the efficiency of sales, inventory, pricing, logistics, and purchasing processes.
Dynavistics also unveiled new software at the summits, including its delivery management system, Deliver-IT, along with its solution to pricing, adjustments, and rebates, PAR. Deliver-IT’s simple, easy to use interface allows for your delivery personnel to acquire and store proof of delivery remotely from mobile devices. With the manifest and delivery sequence displayed, delivery personnel have continuous access to order details, including delivery description, quantity, pricing and order totals. PAR extends the functionality of sales order in Microsoft Dynamics. Designed to facilitate the billing and remittance issues when selling to retail chains, PAR also provides powerful tools for promotional budgeting and performance tracking.
This year’s event was said to have been the best yet. “Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with how Summit 2014 rolled out,” said Bob McAdam, Vice President of Finance for Dynamic Communities Inc. and co-host of Dynamics Podcast. “Each of our User Groups saw a significant increase of attendees from 2013 in Tampa, making the St. Louis Summit events our largest ever.” The Microsoft Dynamics Product Marketing Manager, Errol Schoenfish, and Product Development Manager, Jeff Trosen, even made an appearance to the conference and gave attendees a sneak peak of new features to come with Dynamics 2015 software. Bob concluded, “To say that we’re optimistic about next year’s events is an understatement. Look for registration to open during ‘Microsoft Convergence’ in March, and we’ll see you in fabulous Reno, NV next October!” Due to the exceptional outcome of this year’s event, Dynavistics is already looking forward to attending next year.
