Level Homes Baton Rouge Division President Ryan Engquist Brings Strong Leadership to New Role
Baton Rouge, LA (PRWEB) November 12, 2014 -- Level Homes proudly announced Ryan Engquist as Division President for Baton Rouge in March 2014. Engquist joined Level Homes in 2006 as a superintendent and was promoted to construction manager in 2011.
Born and raised in Baton Rouge and a graduate of Louisiana State University, Engquist is uniquely qualified to understand the region’s homebuyers and their needs. “I think our market, as well as our division, is poised for significant growth,” said Engquist. “We’ve been very fortunate to learn from our partners in the Raleigh and Coastal Carolina Divisions, and I look forward to being able to apply some of this knowledge to our Baton Rouge market,” he continued.
“Ryan is entrenched in the community,” said Ric Rojas, Level Homes President. “We know that his qualifications and his desire to positively impact this region will lead to really great things,” Rojas continued.
Level Homes also has two new master planned communities in the Baton Rouge area: Shadows of Ascension in Prairieville, and Americana, Zachary’s only Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND). This commitment further demonstrates Level Homes’ continued support of and confidence in the
Louisiana market.
“These two communities in Baton Rouge are especially exciting,” said Level Homes’ Managing Partner Todd Waguespack. “We continue to look for opportunities to build the kind homes that our buyers want,” he said. “For example, homes in Americana offer buyers access to a real community,” said Waguespack. Traditional Neighborhood Developments often include a range of housing types as well as a network of well-connected homes, shops and recreational opportunities.
Homes in the Shadows of Ascension community feature access to one of the state’s most highly sought-after school districts, convenience to Airline Highway and a choice of large homesites that start in the $280s.
Level Homes plans to have 18-20 homes available in the Americana community this year, ranging from 1,800-3,100 square feet, with floorplans between 3-5 bedrooms and up to 3.5 baths. Homes here also start in the $280s.
Engquist has spent the last several months ramping up construction in several Level Homes communities in the Baton Rouge area: Shadows of Ascension in Prairieville, Shadowbrook Lakes’ newest phase and Rouzan, both in Baton Rouge. Engquist is also guiding ongoing construction and warranty operations in Level Homes’ existing communities throughout the greater Baton Rouge area and his strong leadership further demonstrates Level Homes’ continued support of and confidence in the Louisiana market.
Level Homes announced its national expansion in the spring of 2013 with communities in the Triangle region of North Carolina. With communities in both North and South Carolina underway, Level Homes is also expanding into the Florida market and has approximately 5,300 homesites across the Southeast.
