Matrix Solutions, the leading provider of media CRM & Sales Intelligence Software, announces significant growth of their product platform and customers resulting in the increase of key staff. As a result of now serving over 7,500 users at over 80+ media organizations, Matrix expanded their software development team, success manager department, and client services organization. Significant new accounts this year have included Tribune Broadcasting, Nexstar Broadcasting and Scripps Broadcasting.

The expansion of the Matrix Solutions’ team is fundamental to enabling the company to improve product functionality and the tools needed today while maintaining a focus for future platform growth. Such growth comprises ongoing product innovation, integrations, and partnerships that enable the media sales organization to gain more value, efficiencies, and overall user experience. Additionally, the company is gaining traction in new markets.

Utilizing their media advertising expertise, Matrix Solutions, has been able to expand their services from their core customers - broadcast and radio stations - to adjacent media enterprises. This includes Out of Home, Print/Publications, Cable Networks, and Digital Ad Sellers.

New Matrix Solutions teammates include:

•Michael Collins has joined the team as a Senior Software Developer. Michael brings a wide range of experience in building scalable and innovative web applications, particularly in the areas of data integration and process automation. He will play a key role designing an efficient integration of our partners’ data into a simplified customer workflow in our mobile and web applications. Michael will also be a significant contributor to the future architecture planning and development for all Matrix products.
•Matrix Solutions’ new Project Analyst, Michael Jack, is a skilled Project Leader with over 6 years’ experience driving results through Implementation and Process improvement. Jack is already focusing on the use of Project Management best practices and process improvement to drive scalable growth for both internal and external implementation teams.
•Adam Horn has joined as Matrix Solutions’ newest Success Manager. Adam has served in an account manager and/or business development role for over six years; thereby focusing on success of the customer. At Matrix Solutions he will be tasked with utilizing his prior experience to help drive customer retention and revenue.
