Siddhi Yoga concluded its 8th intake of YTT on November 2, 2014
Dharamshala, India (PRWEB) November 10, 2014 -- November 2, 2014 has marked a milestone in lives of many aspiring yoga teachers as they have received their RYT200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) certificates at Siddhi Yoga’s retreat in Dharamshala on this day. It was the 8th intake of yoga teacher training in Dharamshala for the year 2014, which started on October 6. Reaching now into its conclusive part, the training is now taking students through Ayurveda and subtle part of yoga philosophy.
During the training, students were instructed by learned yoga teachers on various yoga forms including Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. During their stay at the retreat students also learned the importance of adopting a Sattvic diet and yogic lifestyle.
A Czech student from the 8th intake shared her experience saying, “It had been a dream of mine to join a yoga retreat in Himalayas, the birth place of yoga. So instead of getting a formal training at my local studio, I learned the basics of yoga on my own. And now that I am about to finish my yoga teacher training at Siddhi Yoga, I must say that my wait was worth every second. The whole experience has been quite transformative. I learned a lot of things I didn’t even expect, and now I have a better understanding of what yoga is all about.”
After the completion of 8th intake, Siddhi Yoga will launch its 9th and last intake of YTT at its yoga retreat in Dharamshala for the year. After that, aspiring yoga teachers can join Siddhi Yoga’s retreats in Goa and Rishikesh for next few months.
