The complimentary mobile app allows anyone, even those without pre-existing accounts, to use USGround. Convenient, fast, and easy, Hypership enables customers to enter new shipments on the fly in just 9 seconds.
The app allows users to ship anything at the touch of a button, a capability made possible by on-the-road access. Customers will be able to enter new shipments wherever, and whenever, they choose.

For same day courier services, Hypership conveniently saves pickup and delivery information for quick future access. All information previously given to USGround can be selected through the application. The complimentary app also features real time tracking and illustrated signature Proof of Delivery.
Once logged into the app, users may select from various options, including New Order, Same Day Courier Order, Track Order and Logoff.
In the new order window, the user provides their name and contact information. He or she then selects the same day delivery mode, the preferred vehicle, the type of package, the package weight, and pickup and delivery time, along with any additional instructions. On the next page, the user receives a price quote with the option to pay now or later. Once the price is confirmed, he or she is provided with an Order Tracking ID.
“The primary difference between a customer’s online interface with our technology and our new app is speed. In some cases a customer can place an order using HyperShip with six screen touches,” USGround’s Chief Operating Officer, Adam Colter, says.
The Hypership mobile app is compatible with Android, iOS and Windows phones and tablets. USGround is sending out emails to existing clients with a link to iTunes or Google Play for quick downloading. In addition, they are including a promotional insert in their weekly bill mailing. The insert explains that for a limited time customers can receive a $5.00 per order discount when using HyperShip.
