(PRWEB) November 10, 2014 -- A customer relationship management (CRM) system is arguably one of the most valuable systems a business can implement. However, statistics show that the vast majority of CRM projects either end in failure or fail to meet expectations.
Beginning November 12th, Suntico will host a new series of 30 minute webinars exploring the practical issues of choosing a CRM solution and helping SMBs to identify the right approach for their business.
The web series is aimed specifically at small-and-midsized businesses (SMBs) in the business-to-business (B2B) sector who deal primarily with existing customers. SMBs can be especially affected as they often lack the management bandwidth and resources necessary to undertake such large-scale projects.
Each episode will examine the practical considerations of implementing a successful CRM solution, while also identifying the reasons why CRM projects fail.
“Somewhere along the way, I believe that the meaning of the three words customer relationship management have become forgotten. In this series we will try to discard the label and examine more closely what is it that you are actually trying to achieve with your new CRM system.” says Hugh Johnson, Suntico SVP Business Development.
All webinars will be accompanied by a Google Hangout On Air that will provide a more practical, hands-on look at the topics discussed throughout the series.
The first episode is scheduled to air on November 12th at 1pm EST. See the Suntico Events page for more information about this and other upcoming events.
