This new version of ProfileManager includes out-of-the box integration with the Workforce Central suite from Kronos Incorporated, making it easier to build, maintain, validate and deploy retail store-specific labor standards, helping retailers further improve forecast and schedule accuracy.
ProfileManager is a repository for labor standards - which describes the average amount of time it takes the average worker to perform a task - and is a critical solution for retail forecast and schedule creation. With this release, ProfileManager seamlessly integrates with the Kronos Workforce Central suite and offers further ease of use, as now with a push of a button in ProfileManager, users can configure Kronos Tasks and Task Groups. ProfileManager also determines the right level of labor standards to send to the Kronos solution, maximizing workforce productivity.
Other benefits of the integration for retail stores include capabilities that help build and manage unique labor profiles for each store or store format easily; validate stores’ labor models; and automatically determine the right level of aggregation. Also, stores can quickly validate changes to the labor model or create what-if scenarios.
