Ms. Dougherty has proven successes in overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruitment and the implementation/administration of policies and procedures. She holds a B.A. Degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook in Psychology, and an EEO Studies Certification from Cornell University. Ms. Dougherty has worked in diverse corporate environments throughout her career, including Marchon, Cablevision, Luxottica USA, American Home Mortgage and Olympus America. Ms. Dougherty also created the first HR infrastructure for a multi-billion dollar wholesale business. By converting benefits to outsourcing alternatives she was able to reduce company costs in excess of $500,000 and decrease payroll costs by 45%.
