Curacao has created a Community Hour Forum, where everyone is invited to express ideas, sing a song, share a joke, and even listen to a speaker. The objective of the Community Hour Forum is to provide an open environment for the Chino community to visit Curacao and have freedom of expression.
“Events like the forum let customers take a microphone and start singing”, said Rosa Lira, Curacao’s Local Marketing Manager for the area of Chino. The event will take place on Saturdays at 11AM at the store located on 5459 Philadelphia Street. Public that attend can participate or just sit and listen, the store will provide beverages and pastries to all.
The Forum will start on November 15th and the guest speaker will be: Maria Gallardo, a lead promoter for the California Health Program from Vision y Compromiso, a local Non Profit organization. She will be sharing information with everyone on all health programs currently in California including “Obama Care”. http://visionycompromiso.org
Each week the program will change and a variety of entertainment will be available for the open microphone. The public will enjoy food, entertainment and raffles.
