RIO Software Solutions has added three more key personnel to their technical support team to further strengthen an already robust support operation tied to their exciting new technology platform, RIO Office, according to company president and CEO, Michael Krein, Ph.D.

According to Krein, Bettencourt has an extensive background in customer service ranging from retail operations, to telephone customer support and in-home service. With over nine years of experience in customer support, he brings his expertise to RIO Software Solutions’ tech support team and to the end-users of RIO Office, whether they call, e-mail or submit a ticket online to their web site.
Federico (Trip) Dottin has been working with RIO Genesis since 2012 and is highly proficient in programming and client communication.
“Trip claims to be ‘the geek with exceptional social interaction skills,’ which is perfect for his role as product manager,” said Krein. “Desiree is an eleven-year real estate veteran, with her most recent experience working as a sales and marketing professional with a leading national home builder. As broker services manager, she will focus on leading customers to solutions that best fit their specific business needs by building relationships and offering focused support.”
