In this role, he will deliver on Unified’s technology strategy, scale the company’s rapidly-expanding SaaS offerings, and extend Unified’s market leadership in cross-platform data management, analytics and reporting.

Shawn Douglass has been a visionary and key contributor to the enterprise cloud operating model in a number of roles for over a decade. Most recently, he served as CTO of ServiceMesh (acquired by CSC in November 2013). Previously, he was a founder and Managing Director at EMC Ventures, the investment arm of enterprise computing leader EMC, where he drove strategic investments in cloud, security, big data/analytics, and disruptive technology and business models. At EMC, he held roles reporting to EMC’s CTO, CSO and COO, helping define, steer, and communicate that company’s technical strategy. His enterprise technology career began at Digital Island and Loudcloud.
