Aerium, the newest lifestyle townhome community in downtown Scottsdale, broke ground this week with a small ceremony on Nov. 11 and lot reservations will open on Nov. 15 at the sales office located across the street from the project at 3533 N 70th Street.

Developed by Landmark Homes USA and sold by Engel & Völkers Scottsdale, Aerium’s construction is slated to begin in December and prices start in the high $300,000s.

Located at Goldwater Boulevard and 70th Street, Aerium will feature 27 contemporary townhomes ranging from 1,414 to 1,830 square feet. Three floor plans feature attached two-car garages that allow residents to enjoy a very private living environment, multiple balconies, private patio/courtyards and a trifecta of “wow” factors including open-tread oak staircases, sustainable quartz countertops, and Italian Bertazzoni gas ranges available in authentic Ferrari® and Lamborghini® colors.

When a homebuyer walks in he/she will fall in love with the chef’s kitchen and spa-inspired master bath options, as well as advanced home automation features that come standard in each townhome. The two largest floor plans offer a flex room on the main level that can be a bedroom, hobby room or an entertainment room with an optional built-in wet bar. Community amenities include a sparkling lap pool, an organic herb garden that speaks to the way residents want to eat and live today and outdoor cooking facilities, where local chefs will be brought in twice annually regularly to prepare fresh locally grown dishes that incorporate pairings from the Aerium garden.

The exterior of the Aerium townhomes will be completely unique to the Scottsdale community. Each of the five buildings will include wood grain porcelain tile and wire cut brick. This style is reminiscent of exteriors seen in the Pacific Northwest in places like Vancouver and Seattle.

Aerium will be sold in three continuous phases, with first lot reservations available to buyers on November 15. There is already a strong interest list of more than 200 buyers for the new community.
