The daylong seminar, which was held at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort, was presented by Phoenix shareholders Laurent Badoux, Dana Hooper, James Nelson and Mona Stone and Philadelphia shareholders Kelly Dobbs Bunting and Robert M. Goldich.

Badoux, shareholder in the firm’s Phoenix office, concentrates his practice on domestic and international labor and employment law, with an emphasis on compensation and employee relations issues.
Dobbs Bunting, shareholder in the Philadelphia office and co-chair of the firm’s Employment Training/Compliance group, handles class and collective actions involving claims under federal and state law for wage and hour violations and misclassification.
Goldich, shareholder in the Philadelphia office, has more than 30 years of experience as a labor and employment lawyer and litigator representing employers in all aspects of labor and employee relations, including general employment counseling, employment contract negotiation, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitration, and the representation of employers in administrative and courtroom litigation.
Hooper, shareholder in the Phoenix office, focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, business matters and sports law.
Nelson, co-chair of the firm’s National Labor & Employment Practice’s ERISA Litigation team and chair of the Sacramento office’s Labor & Employment Practice, represents employers and ERISA plan fiduciaries in matters concerning ERISA compliance, fiduciary responsibility, collective bargaining, wage and hour, employee benefits, safety, discrimination, wrongful termination, and other labor and employment issues.
